My life these past several months have gone somethin' like this........

I become a SUPERFREAK, SUPERFREAKY (and not the good kind)
and turned into the WITCHY WOMAN the eagles sang about.
So I pulled out a little drama w/ DO YOU REALLY WANT TO HURT ME-Boy George
and AINT TO PROUD TO BEG ( more like kicking and screaming)
On my birthday- IT'S MY PARTY AND I'LL CRY IF I WANT TO, CRY IF I WANT TO (sob, even)
Avril knew all about it when she penned COMPLICATED
( I had to do this one for my Gram by Janie Frickie)My bags are packed and waiting by the door
Took one last trip down COUNTRY ROADS take me home to the place I belong
(major melt down left 12 hours later than we scheduled, so Scott was)WAITING ON A WOMAN
I needed JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL cause my eyes were so swollen, I literally could not see the road, so I WEAR MY SUNGLASSES AT NIGHT
We finally got to AMARILLO BY MORNING (actually it was around 5:00pm but it sounds good, doesn't it?)
I'm not a great cross country driver I ate cornuts for 2000miles straight I guess you could say I'M HUNGRY LIKE THE WOLF
I hate Bon Jovi when he sings, WHO SAYS YOU CAN'T GO HOME? (Who says? I say!!! Is that not good enough. well apparently not)
LOVE IS A BATTLEFIELD (And I just lost the war)
So CALIFORNIA HERE WE COME RIGHT BACK WHERE WE STARTED FROM. Oh how I miss the fIREFLIES and WIDE OPEN SPACES.
Well thats my sob story, it probably sounds petty to whine over such things and i'm working on having an attitude adjustment. I miss the old GIRLS JUST WANNA HAVE FUN me.

Awww, poor Ashly. I totally understand. I can totally understand why you are having such a hard time.It's good to grieve. Get it all out!!! Let me know when you are ready to get out and take the kids to the park. Maybe you just need someone to talk too! ;)
